Spirits of the Woods

We are hosting a co-ed (all genders) retreat with the theme of Tree of Life: As Above, So Below. The retreat will feature workshops, discussions, rituals, and community. 

Our goal of this retreat is to focus our rituals and workshops on finding and building the connections within yourself and the world around you. We also are working towards building community to support one another and raise each other up as we rise. 

Friday, September 27 through Sunday, September 29, 2024.

• The cost of an inside bunk in the cabin is $65. Included in that cost is an assigned bunk, all the workshops and supplies for the workshops, all the rituals, breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, the bonfire, a kitchen to prepare food in, potluck meals, and access to the grounds. Bunks are limited and on a first come, first served basis. 
• A Tenting space outside is $55 per person. Everything in the bunk price is included except for the bunk inside. You need to supply your own tent and camping gear. 
• If you wish to vend at the retreat, the cost is $20 per booth space. Vending spaces are limited to 5 spaces. 
• Registration is not finalized until full payment is made. After you send us your      registration, select your preferred payment method and we will send you a money request using your preferred payment method. 
• We do have a limited number of full and partial scholarships if you wish to apply. Contact us for information.

Any one is welcome to attend as long as they are 18 years old or older. We do request that you be a member of our Spirits of the Woods Facebook group in order to attend (we will be using that platform to make important announcements and do planning in the group that you will need to know to attend). 

• This is an alcohol and drug free event. Prescription medications are allowed as long as no prescriptions are shared, and you are discreet with your prescription use. 
• Smoking will be permitted outdoors only, and no smoking or vaping will be allowed during rituals or in workshops. 
• We ask that you respect your fellow attendees. Harassment will not be tolerated. 
• Bring your drums and instruments as there will be drumming about the fire after evening activities. 
• If you wish to sleep in a tent that you provide, there is limited space to tent nearby on the retreat grounds. See above for your price for the weekend.
• Address and directions to the facility will be sent after payment is made. 
• The owners reserve the right to deny the reservation of anyone.
